Composite deck, stairs and aluminum railing
Rotten stairs and a worn deck rebuilt in grey composite with black aluminum railing. No more painting, ever.
The problem
The stairs down from the deck had rotted at the base and the railing was loose. The deck surface was past saving. The owners wanted something they would never have to paint again.
What we built
New stairs on new stringers with a proper footing, the deck re-boarded in grey composite with hidden fasteners, and black aluminum railing around the deck and down the stairs, built to code.
The result
A deck and stairs that pass inspection and look the same in ten years as they do today.
Before and after
Drag the handle.
