Chain-link gates rebuilt for a commercial yard
Damaged chain-link gates at a commercial parking lot cut out and rebuilt on new posts, with the lot kept open while we worked.
The problem
The gates on a commercial lot were bent and no longer closed or locked. The property manager needed them secure again quickly, without closing the lot.
What we built
We cut out the damaged frames, set new galvanized posts in concrete, hung new chain-link gate frames with new mesh and tension bars, and fitted new hinges and a drop rod so the gates latch square.
The result
Gates that close and lock again, built for a commercial property manager who needed it fixed, not just quoted.
