Composite privacy fence on a corner lot
A low, weathered horizontal cedar fence replaced with a 6 ft composite privacy fence in a black aluminum frame along two street sides, with the planter beds rebuilt inside. Zero staining, ever.
The problem
A corner lot with two street frontages. The old horizontal cedar fence was low, grey and open to the sidewalk, and the owner was done staining. It had to give full privacy inside and look good from the street.
What we built
The old fence and planter boxes came out. New posts in concrete, then a 6 ft composite privacy fence, dark brown boards in a black aluminum frame, along both street sides, with white rock at the base and new cedar-edged planter beds inside the fence line.
The result
Full privacy from both streets and a fence that looks new every spring without anyone touching it.
