Upon approval of the initial Project Charter and receipt of the security deposit, we transition into the design phase. Our skilled internal designers begin by creating a detailed CAD drawing that captures the comprehensive layout and scope of your project. During this phase, our designer may schedule additional consultations with you to refine the design, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your requirements, budget, and timeline. Once the design meets your satisfaction and our high standards, we finalize the layout and provide you with a comprehensive design package. Once the design is finalized, the next pivotal step is project tendering. Our Project Manager meticulously prepares and distributes the design package to a carefully selected pool of vendors. With a network of over two hundred trusted vendors, we ensure only those known for their exceptional quality and reliability are invited to bid. This extensive experience enables us to maintain a high standard of excellence and cost efficiency.

If you have preferred vendors, we welcome their participation to enrich the bidding process and ensure a comprehensive selection. This inclusive approach guarantees a level playing field, allowing for competitive pricing and optimal value for your investment. The tender period typically spans fifteen days, though this may vary based on the project's scope and size. After receiving bids, we arrange a detailed review session with you to discuss each vendor's pros and cons. While the final decision rests with you, our team provides expert advice and insights based on our historical experiences with these vendors, empowering you to make the best choice for your project.

Step 4: Pre-Construction


In the pre-construction phase, the groundwork for a successful project is laid. Our Project Manager plays a crucial role, in finalizing contracts with the selected vendor and meticulously overseeing all documentation processes. This includes the thorough review of terms of service and the compilation of necessary warranty documents to ensure everything is in order before work begins.

During this stage, the vendor submits all required project submittals and product samples for approval. These are rigorously assessed in collaboration with you to confirm the quality meets your standards and expectations. This step is crucial for maintaining quality control and aligning final outputs with your vision. Additionally, this phase provides the vendor adequate time to mobilize and allows you to prepare the project site. Step 5: Construction On-site

To keep the project on track, payments are released strictly according to the pre-approved schedule of work. Additionally, our project manager requests weekly reports from the contractors and hosts weekly meetings with all stakeholders. These meetings are essential for maintaining transparent, efficient communication and keeping everyone aligned with the latest developments and potential concerns. Throughout the construction process, we ensure you are continually updated and involved. Should any contingencies arise, our project manager is prepared to provide expert assistance and explore the most effective solutions to navigate challenges, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and according to plan.

Step 6: Project Close Out


The final step in our process, project closeout, is crucial to ensuring the highest standards of quality and your complete satisfaction are met. Once construction is completed, our project manager organizes a comprehensive site visit involving all stakeholders, including you and the vendors. During this visit, any deficiencies are carefully noted and documented. Upon successful resolution of any outstanding issues, a final sign-off is conducted with all stakeholders, including you.
